**Student status: in order to receive the reduced fee, students must submit a letter of support from their academic supervisor, confirming their student status. The term student applies to all students (undergraduate, master and PhD). The letter should be sent to

Registration fee includes the followings

  • - Unlimited access to all sessions, the poster and the commercial exhibition
  • - PDF version of abstract book
  • - PDF version of of the final program
  • - Unlimited access to 2 parallel sessions during the 3 days conference.
  • - Recorded sessions can be viewed at any time during the 6 months following the conference
After successful registration, a proforma invoice will be sent to your email address from the on-line registration system.

All prices are quoted in EURO and include VAT.

Payment can be done either by bank transfer, or via credit card. Credit card payment is available in the online registration system.

Please kindly note that all bank charges (if any) should be covered by the payee.

The proforma invoice inculdes all information for bank transfer. On the transfer form, please indicate: "participant's name" and "the number of the Pro Forma invoice".

Please make sure that you enter the correct billing details in the online registration system since re-issuing an invoice has a modification fee of 10 EUR.

After payment, the official confirmation (order summary) can also be downloaded from the on-line registration system. After the congress an official tax-invoice will be issued.
Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:
  • - Cancellation received before 19th August, 2022: 70 % refund
  • - Cancellation received between 28th August and 11th September, 2022: 50 % refund
  • - Cancellation on 11th September, 2022 and later: no refund
Refunds will be made after the Conference . All bank charges are to be paid by the receiver.

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind.
